We aim to process all orders within one business day, although sometimes due to really high demand, it may take 2-3 business days to process your order.

United States and United Kingdom customers:

We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders. Once your order is processed it will arrive within 1-2 weeks (Allow +1 week due to holiday season) from their date of shipment.

International customers:

You will receive free international shipping with your order. (9-15 business days)

If you aren't in LOVE with your purchase, all you have to do is send us an email at info@maagis.co within 30 days of the purchase date and you'll receive a stress-free refund.

Once a refund is requested, we will process immediately and it will appear in your chosen payment method within 5-7 days.

• Check the most recent order email notification you've received from us which notifies you with your tracking number.
